Before placing an order
Henry currently offers 3D modeling, custom mold drawing, plastic & silicone production, surface treatment, and comprehensive after-sales service.
To ensure accurate quotation, we accept 3D drawings in STL, STEP, & IGES, and 2D drawings in PDF. Please send confidential documents via official email.
Offer reply within 48h on weekdays; statutory holidays postponed accordingly.
Provided raw materials meeting our equipment requirements are acceptable. We also support specifying suppliers for raw materials if needed.
HENRY will sign & abide by confidentiality agreement. Departments & personnel handling design docs in our factory will follow procedures to ensure drawing confidentiality.
Henry boasts an excellent engineering team & mature production plant, offering a pleasant cooperation experience with high efficiency & cost-effectiveness.
A. Henry can produce t0 samples 7-15 days after project confirmation through experiments.
B.Mass production mold sample can be completed within 30-45 days after confirming qualified experimental mold sample.
C.If your product has special functions or structures, delivery may be delayed. Please inform sample demands & delivery time during quotation stage.
Resarch & Development
- Henry will reply to DFM report within 48h after order, engineers will point out problems affecting sample delivery;
- HENRY will select raw materials & mold structure based on sample appearance, size, structure & function to ensure sample qualification rate;
- Henry will operate as per process guidance in production, completing patrol inspections (100% full inspection available if needed);
- HENRY will conduct strict AQL shipment inspection during packing & shipping, and share results with you.
- Authoritative ROHS, REACH, FDA, LFGB, and other third-party testing reports for raw materials;
- Provide product inspection reports (appearance, size, function tests) during production;
- We provide customers with shipment reports, COO, and COA before product delivery;
- We accept third-party inspections by SGS, TUV, INTERTEK, BV, etc.
We use ASTM D2000 for silicone rubber quality, defining tolerance per DIN ISO3301-2 M1/M2, ISO2768, etc.
Order completion
We guarantee R&D , production processes per initial order & your product info. For disputes on product meaning, we uphold good faith & responsibility to provide satisfactory service.
We accept 50% advance deposit, with remaining 50% payable upon bill of lading shipment.
